American Friends of the Open University of Israel (AFOUI), is the dynamic arm of the Open University of Israel (OUI). Founded in 1981, AFOUI is dedicated to raising U.S. awareness of OUI's vital role in Israel's survival. AFOUI is successful raising funds for scholarships, centers of research, academic programs, building facilities, developing leading-edge educational technologies and student services.
