Open University Foundation (OUF), is the dynamic arm of the Open University of Israel (OUI). Founded in 1981, OUF is dedicated to raising U.S. awareness of OUI's vital role in Israel's survival. OUF is successful raising funds for scholarships, centers of research, academic programs, building facilities, developing leading-edge educational technologies and student services.
